Adding a Horizontal Line using HTML

Horizontal Lines are useful in separating out content. To mark a distinction between two sets of Information. It is not quite difficult to create a horizontal line in HTML.

The Syntax for a Horizontal Line is

<hr>

where

hr stands for Horizontal

 

There are many attributes which can be used with this tag.  For Example

<hr width=30%>

This means that the width of the Line is 30%

<hr align=”left”>

Here we are aligning the Horizontal Line to the Left.
